Terms that
ride with you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and QuantixLab ("we", "us"), the operator of TourBond, located at House #231, South Pirerbagh, Mirpur, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. They govern your use of the TourBond app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, agreeing at sign-up, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and be legally permitted to use the Service, and you confirm this when you sign up. The Service is not directed to children. If we learn that an ineligible person has created an account, we may remove it.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Sign-in relies on your email and supported providers such as Google. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use, and keep your profile and contact details accurate so coordination and safety features work.

TourBond helps riders plan rides, invite and coordinate a group, navigate, share live location during an active ride, talk over group voice, keep vehicle and Garage records, and use in-app safety tools. Some features depend on device permissions, connectivity, third-party maps and services, and your plan.

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may set or adjust limits (for example, group size or history length) by plan. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every area.

You are solely responsible for your own safety and for riding lawfully. Always obey traffic laws, wear appropriate protective gear, ride within your ability and the conditions, and do not interact with the app while operating a vehicle. Follow navigation only when it is safe and legal to do so; roads, closures, and conditions change.

TourBond is a planning and coordination tool. It is not an emergency, dispatch, roadside-assistance, or automatic crash-detection service, and it does not guarantee that other riders, responders, or contacts will see or act on any alert. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you will not break the law; endanger others; harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or location; post content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing; share other people's personal information without permission; or use the Service to track or monitor a person without their knowledge and consent.

You also will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, interfere with security or advertising, or use it to build a competing product. You are responsible for your conduct in rides, chat, voice, and reports, and you agree to follow reasonable community and safety rules we publish.

You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your profile, messages, ride plans, Garage records, and reports ("Your Content"). You are responsible for it and confirm you have the rights to share it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to deliver it to the people you share it with, such as approved ride members.

Approved ride members receive live rider coordinates during active tracking, and people you share with may see the content you make available to them. Content you export or share may be copied or kept by others outside our control. We may remove content or limit access to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

TourBond offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Plus and Pro) with additional features and higher limits. Paid plans are sold as subscriptions through the app stores and processed by them and our billing provider, RevenueCat. Prices, benefits, and limits may change; changes apply going forward.

Store subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account before the renewal date; deleting your TourBond account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies, except where a refund is required by law. The free plan may display advertising; Plus and Pro plans do not display TourBond ads. The Service relies on third parties, including Google services (such as sign-in, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Play, and AdMob), the app stores, our maps and routing providers, LiveKit for voice, RevenueCat for subscriptions, and our hosting, storage, and email providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content, or for the acts of other users, including other riders you meet or coordinate with through the Service. You interact with other people at your own risk.

The Service, including the TourBond name, logo, software, and design, is owned by QuantixLab and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Any feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings, using Delete account in the app, or by email as described on our Account Deletion page. After we verify a request, account access ends and a seven-day recovery period begins, after which we delete or de-identify associated data, except limited information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, safety, or recordkeeping reasons. The app also removes account data stored on your device.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the law, create risk to others or the Service, or where we are required to. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content licenses already granted to others, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of maps or navigation, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be safe, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantixLab and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms apply to your use of the Service worldwide, and you agree to use the Service in compliance with the laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live; where those laws conflict with these Terms, those laws prevail for you.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and give additional notice where required; your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
